Originally out of Hawaii, the Big Kahuna's Restaurant is family owned and operated. In 1992, our first location opened it's doors on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Since then we have expanded to the main land. Our newest location is in Pacific Beach California. In 2001, the Big Kahuna's opened in Pacific Beach and have been catering to the local San Diegan's ever since. We offer a wide variety of food to satisfy anyone's appetite. Our "ono grinds" range from Hawaiian plates, to the Big Kahuna's burger, to home style b.b.q. plates, and scrumptious pan pizza's. And, I can't forget to mention our garlic bread rounds. They are called Big Kahuna's Balls, and are baked in butter and topped with our melted 5-cheese blend. So gooey and delicious, if you have them once, you will be hooked! Our rustic decor makes you feel like you are back on the Islands. We have a very open and friendly atmosphere. It is seat yourself, and our wait staff will be right with you to serve you. There are 14 beers on tap and 2 big screen televisions to watch all the big games. Our two front areas are large enough to seat big parties of 50 or more people. Perfect for your next family or employee get together. If your party is to large to be held in our restaurant, let us cater your event. We will do the cooking, and set up for you.
